Family Constellation with Dr. Klinghardt · Venue TBC

Our next Family Constellation gathering is approaching, and we are looking forward to coming together once again for an experience that holds a special place.

About the Program

Our next Family Constellation gathering is approaching, and we are looking forward to coming together once again for an experience that holds a special place in the heart of our Sophia community. Family Constellation is an experiential process that explores the often-unseen connections within our families, including relationships, emotional dynamics, and inherited patterns that may influence our lives in ways we don't always recognize.

We would love to have you join us.

What You Will Learn

Whether you've participated before or are considering joining us for the first time, this gathering offers an opportunity to pause, look a little deeper, and discover new perspectives on the relationships and experiences that shape us. Sometimes, a meaningful shift in understanding begins simply by seeing something that has been waiting to be seen.

Ticket Purchase, Admission & Re-Entry Policy

All Sales Are Final

All ticket and pass purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This policy applies to attendee cancellations, inability to attend, nonattendance, late arrival, and early departure.

One Pass, One Attendee

Each ticket or pass includes a unique QR code assigned to the registered attendee. Once used for admission, the pass must be used by the same attendee throughout its validity and may not be shared with another person, including across different days of the event.

Photo identification matching the registered attendee’s name is required at initial entry and re-entry.

Wristband & Identity Verification

A wristband will be provided at check-in and assigned to your registration. Your wristband, photo ID, and unique QR code must all correspond to the same registered attendee.

Wristbands must remain securely attached throughout the validity of your pass and may not be shared or transferred. Re-entry requires your original, intact wristband, your unique QR code, and matching photo ID. If your wristband is lost, removed, or damaged, please contact registration staff for verification before re-entry.

QR Code Scanning

Attendees must present their QR code to event staff for scanning each time they enter or leave the venue during normal event operations. Please keep your QR code accessible throughout the event.

If you leave without having your QR code scanned out, re-entry will require verification by event staff. Any duplicate-ticket alert or discrepancy in attendee details must be resolved before admission can be authorized. Possession of a QR code alone does not establish the right to admission.

Leaving the Venue

Attendees may leave the venue at any time. In an emergency, exit immediately and follow safety instructions without waiting for your QR code to be scanned.

Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Ticket Purchase, Admission & Re-Entry Policy.
